My name is Tatiana Rivas, I’m 23 years old and originally from Colombia. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through movement. With a degree in Physical Education and Sports and ongoing research at UVic, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my work. I’ve trained children, adults, and seniors, always adapting my approach to fit each person’s unique needs.
