About Shivangi
With 12+ years as a teacher, I have had the opportunity to hold multiple professional roles like Music Teacher, Educationist and Private Music Instructor. Through these experiences, I have been fortunate enough to educate a diverse group of students. I am an expert in teaching Hindustani classical as well as semi-classical vocal music. My goal is to instill a sense of music appreciation, while at the same time teaching students about the technical aspects of music. I have good singing skills to teach Indian classical music like raag, Alankaar, Hindustani vocal.

I believe in not only up skilling students in music but also help them to gain other benefits from it that are much needed in today’s life like increased coordination, social skills, memory, attention and concentration. I encourage all of my students to become independent and creative thinkers. I am very passionate about providing the best possible learning opportunities and experiences for all students irrespective of their strengths, challenges or needs. A personalized approach to learning embraces and responds to diversity in individual learning styles and provides with the skills, competence and attitudes for student’s future. My groups consist of students from all the age groups.
