About Shalini
I'm a graduate student, I've been dancing since I was 5 years old, I've been into semi classical, bollywood and zumba for a long time now, I had always dreamed of becoming a professional dancer or instructor, I would love to share my experience and knowledge about dance with as many people I can.

Dancing is a mix of art and exercise which connects the mind and body, and makes one sharper and stronger.
Dance has the ability to heal. For me, health is a state of mind and fitness is a way of life. A fit body homes a healthy mind. This is the most important health benefit of dance, it aligns the mind, body and spirit.
