About Angelo

Hi, I'm Angelo. I'm an experienced fighter for about 3 years now. I'm more into combat striking more than grappling. But I still hold grappling and groundwork knowledge from judo. I'm still learning along the way, so why not join me as we learn together :) and if there's any questions about anything, feel free to ask. I have mastered the basics from footwork, offense, defense, mental clarity, focus, all the way from the practical to theoretical. I wanted to help others in need for self-defense and/or fitness in general. I do not mind the price/rate being this low compared to others because I want to tailor to everybody's needs to become a better person than you are before! So come on and feel free to join me in this journey!

*TLDR* (practical session explained after this brief below) Briefly, a session will last 2 hours and 30 mins, perfect for building up the basics and rapport based on the classes you pick whether it is Boxing, Kickboxing, Combat Sanda, Self-defense or fitness in general. I'm here to guide you to practical knowledge to use as a tool for self-defense, in the ring or in good health in general. Practical brief on what each session would look like KICKBOXING, BOXING (Same layout) - 20 mins warm-up - 10 mins jog - 10 mins rest - 20 mins shadowbox (5 rounds × 3 mins + 1 minute rest each) - 30 mins for basic improvements - 15 mins drilling - 40 mins Pad Work (2 mins rest in between) - 5 mins cool down
