About Anshika
Basically, in the gym, people can't afford personal training always because it's so costly and it's not affordable for many people. As I faced the same problem, I decided to learn a proper and good level of exercises and proper diet. Then I'll make sure to share with people and help them because I faced so many problems with exercises in the gym and people not helping me, which I hate, and it's so cringe that they are seeing me, I am not able to do any exercise, and they are not helping me. But I want to help you in a very better and good way with a better diet, affordable diet. I won't give you a diet that is not possible for you.
