About Prashanth
Hello! I am a theater actor, Yakshagana practitioner, martial artist, and movement trainer dedicated to exploring the deep connection between body, breath, and awareness. My practice blends the discipline of Indian martial arts like Kalaripayattu and Thang-Ta, the expressive depth of theater and Yakshagana, the grounding of yoga, and the strength of functional fitness. With over 6 years of experience, I offer a unique, holistic approach to physical training that nourishes both the body and the inner self.

Teaching Techniques and Methods
Body Conditioning & Warm-ups drawn from martial arts and movement practices.
Kalari & Thang-Ta Fundamentals: footwork, strikes, postures, breathing, and flow.

Fitness Integration: strength, mobility, endurance drills tailored to the individual's level.

Structure of a Class
Each session typically follows this flow:
Warm-Up & Joint Conditioning (10–15 mins)
Core Martial Techniques – Kalari / Thang-Ta fundamentals (20–25 mins)
Movement & Flow Work / Partner Practice (15 mins)
Fitness Segment / Strength & Flexibility Drills (10–15 mins)
Cool Down, Breathing, and Reflection (5–10 mins)
Class duration: 60–75 mins depending on the batch and level.
