Hi, I’m Tina — a certified personal trainer, Pilates and TRX instructor, pre/postnatal fitness specialist, nutrition coach, and life coach. My mission is to help women build lasting strength in both body and mind through a supportive, personalized, and holistic approach to wellness. With years of experience and a diverse background in movement, nutrition, and mindset coaching, I’ve worked with women in all stages of life—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and times of personal transition. I understand that true transformation goes beyond just physical fitness. That’s why my programs combine smart, functional training with mindful nutrition guidance and powerful mindset work to support the whole person. Whether you're returning to movement after having a baby, looking to gain strength and confidence, or feeling stuck in old patterns, I meet you where you are. Through one-on-one training, customized programs, and ongoing coaching, I help you reconnect with your body, fuel it well, and shift limiting beliefs so you can feel empowered and strong from the inside out. I specialize in core and pelvic floor health, mobility and alignment through Pilates, and strength and endurance through TRX and functional training. My coaching style is compassionate, encouraging, and tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and unique story.
