About Filipa
Mentoring, intuitive dialogue and holistic therapies. After communication training, Health Coaching, Yoga teacher, several energetic therapies, I found my own methodology, the one that made sense to me in my process, using my intuition to feel who I follow and always adapting the therapeutic approach.

As a teacher and always also as a student, I try to let the monitoring session flow very naturally, without rules or obligations. I believe that the essential thing is to create human connection and from there everything flows towards mutual learning and the evolution of consciences.
