About Florence
I am a 21-year-old literature student who found my love for literature in secondary school. I plan to go on to be a teacher, having secured my teacher training placement for next year, and have a real passion for helping others. Aside from this, I prioritise students' comfort as someone who struggled with academic anxiety growing up, I feel this is a really important establishment for successful learning. I aim to be able to provide a little nudge in order for you to realise your abilities.

It is important to be open and comfortable in sessions, making sure I am on the same page as the student to ensure they get the most from it! I can provide sessions for up to an hour where I will draw on my specialised knowledge from my studies, as well as my experience working within a school environment to ensure a safe learning space. I stress the importance of assessing the pace at which every individual moves and how they learn best - information on what they are studying or struggling with will allow me to create plans for the session's content focus.
