About Rebecca
When I was 22 I had my beautiful Son, Cooper. Two years later I left my career as an Assistant Manager at a luxury jewellery brand to go and get my degree. I am now 27, and in my fourth year of a four year degree in English Literature and Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University. I am studying under fantastic poets, novelists and professors such as Joe Stretch, Adam O’Riordan, Nicholas Royle and former Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy. With my mature student status, I have mentored younger students and helped two international students complete assessments to a 2:2 quality.

Not only this, but as a single parent to a feisty four year old, I have a wealth of patience and a great ability to make learning fun! I would like to help anybody who is struggling with the English Language, anybody who wants to develop a greater understanding of English Literature, and I am happy to help people of all ages find their passion in English Language, Literature and Creative Writing.
