About Oliver
I have been teaching STEM subjects in middle and high schools for the last 6 years, and have been tutoring in many of those same classes for the same duration. I have worked with students struggling in 7th grade math, all the way up to students trying to skip ahead in AP Biology. In addition to teaching and tutoring, I have coached rowing teams, been the faculty advisor for the Esports team, and Dungeons & Dragons club, and have worked in technology focused summer camps.

I work with middle and high school students to help them reach their goals in STEM settings, whether that be staying on top of, catching up, or jumping ahead in their coursework. During sessions, we will go through cycles of assessing existing knowledge of content, identifying gaps in understanding, and teaching missed content. This can be accompanied by some academic skills training, and study strategies to help students gain confidence, and build independence in the long run
