About Ayzha
I have many years of experience in education and performance (singing, dance, and theater). I’m currently studying theater education and have taken a course in music theory, in addition to my studies outside of school. I enjoy working with students and helping them to find their strengths while building a joy for their craft.

About the lesson

We will start the lesson with warm-ups that focus on basic techniques and skills. These might include: mouth shapes for vowels, resonance/fullness, pitch training, support/breathing, head vs. chest voice, safety, and more. These will not be worked on all at once, but based on what the student needs the most.
Then we will focus on what will help the student the most. If the student is in a show or has an upcoming performance we will work on that song together. Otherwise, we will find a song together that the student likes and works on relevant techniques. During this, we will also hone in on the performance aspect of singing.
Included will be basic music theory/how to read sheet music to help aid the student during this process.
