About McClane
I have studied the Italian language for about 12 years with an emphasis in Italian literature and modern Italian culture. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma, majoring in International Studies and minoring in Italian from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 where I was an official tutor in the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. I would love to get the chance to meet with you and help you improve your knowledge of the Italian language. My main approach is to augment your knowledge of the language so that the wonderful works of Italian literature are rendered more accessible to you. I can assist students from A1-B2, students of all ages and I am a native English speaker, so if you can speak any English, we can work with what you already know.

With my experience learning and using the Italian language in many circumstances, along with the useful resources I have compiled, we can explore any area of the language that is difficult for you. My goal is to give you as many opportunities as possible to practice speaking and to point you in the right direction to study the language outside of lessons. I am a huge fan of Italian literature and poetry, and I would love to share that passion with you. I hope to see you in a lesson soon!
