About Estefania
I have been teaching Spanish, English and French for five years now to students of different ages. I have also worked as a translator and interpreter with the Rotterdam University from The Netherlands, and with Europosgrados in Colombia. I have lead projects in bilingual schools from Colombia to promote the learning of English and I have been homeroom teacher of preschool grades, in charge of teaching all the subjects of the studies curriculum to the students. I have a huge experience in digital teaching.

My teaching method is focused on Self-awareness, which is the ability to be aware of one's inner life – one's emotions, thoughts, behaviors, values, goals, strengths, challenges, attitudes, mindsets– and how these elements impact our decisions. I like to cultivate the passion for exploring the unknown, cultivating the skill of focused attention on students is an important factor in learning through strategies such as mindfulness, yoga, headspace and breathing techniques, so my methodology it is also based on a calm classroom approach in which students feel free, happy and motivated to learn doing their best and awakening their curiosity.
