About Jooeun
Every time you watch K-dramas, K-movies, or K-pop shows, don't you feel uncomfortable? Don't you think, "I'll study Korean"? It's time to start. I've taught students in many different ways. Each student has their own learning style, so I teach all students one-on-one. Until now, I've been working as an English teacher at an entrance exam prep academy, and I also have experience teaching Korean. I have run online classes and am very good at handling online platforms. I will teach you the way you want to learn. I'm quite young and trendy, so we can have fun conversations. I teach two types of learners: (1) Trend-driven, real-life Korean (including slang, texting, café and university life), and (2) Deep conversations about news and culture, with live error correction. My classes are friendly yet structured. Each lesson focuses on upgrading 3–5 key sentences that you can reuse. During the trial lesson, we clarify your goals and build a 4-week plan, so you know exactly how you will improve. A typical lesson plan usually lasts about two months. After finishing the course, you can continue if you wish. For Korean tutoring, I have taught adult learners and exchange students through pronunciation drills, real-life speaking practice, and personalised 1:1 feedback sessions. Everyone who wants to take my lessons is welcome! I can work well with learners aged 10 to 30. I can be both your teacher and your friend. I think it would be even better if you already speak a little Korean, but I don’t mind your level. If you really want to learn Korean, I will help as much as I can.
