All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet for your convenience. I offer flexible 60 or 90-minute sessions to match your needs: 60-minute sessions are ideal if you prefer regular, consistent support with tactical problem-solving and focused action planning, typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to maintain momentum. 90-minute sessions allow for deeper exploration, more comprehensive strategy development, and client-led discussion of complex health challenges—perfect when you need intensive support in the moment. Every client begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we'll get to know each other, assess your current situation, and determine if we're a good fit for working together. During this call, we'll discuss the best session format and frequency for your goals. While I offer individual sessions, I find clients achieve better results with ongoing support, which includes between-session accountability check-ins and email support to keep you on track. Whether you choose weekly tune-ups or monthly deep-dives, my structured approach covers assessment, goal-setting, and actionable planning whilst remaining flexible enough to address what matters most to you.
