About Karan
In the beginning I was very thin boy. Everybody bullies me the I have decided to change myself then I started gym and begin to work on myself. After sometime my body responds good and then my progress stops after a year because I didn't have proper knowledge then i read about nutrition and get proper knowledge about the nutrition and training . I participated in my collage for mens best physique i got selected and go for nationals. Today I have 5 years experience in this field so I want to change the people who want to change in there body .
