Trained in various countries: UK, Canada, Cyprus and Greece.
Experience in training with top notch fighters such as Jamie Bates and Juan Cervantes.

My name is Stefan and i've been a student of thai boxing for about 8 years.
Anyone with any ability can be taught. Whether it's for fun, fitness, or just willing to learn how to fight, this is the sport that has personally changed my life.
The program varies with your level of experience but overall from a session, someone can expect to learn basic techniques, hit pads,(fun part) exercise and at a bit more advanced stage, have a sparring session with me applying the techniques that were learned!
