The reason why you should book a lesson with me is because I will make learning fun and exciting. The teaching methods and techniques I like to use are: -Diagnostic assessment: identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. -Scaffolded instruction: breaking complex concepts into manageable steps. A typical lesson plan: 1. Warm up: A quick review of previous material or a short quiz. Then discuss goals for today's session. 2. Core instructions: An introduction of the new concept using easy and simple examples to your understanding. Then we will practice some problems, and while you're busy doing that I will make sure to do frequent check-ins to make sure you understand the work. 3. Application and engagement: do interactive problem-solving or applied tasks. Example, writing. 4. Recap and feedback: Q&A and clarification of doubts. I will assign practice exercises and let you set goals for the next session. What sets me apart from other tutors is I will make learning fun, exciting, understanding, and easy for you. The lessons are for secondary school students and for those who need help with exam preparation.
