About Luanie
I am a native English speaking female South African citizen currently living in Cambodia, South East Asia. I have been teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL) for over a year now. I was a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment for over 15 years prior to becoming a TEFL Teacher. My love for helping others has been my career path over the years. I hold a Level 5, 168-hour online TEFL Diploma at The TEFL Academy and a 140-hour in-class TEFL/TESOL certification at Destination TEFL in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

I am a passionate, energetic, kind and caring TEFL teacher with outstanding classroom management skills. Dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is stimulating, fun and encouraging to my students. I have been teaching TEFL to kindergarten students for over a year and therefore my teaching style is fun and spontaneous. My students ALWAYS come first, so basically, YOU come first. We can talk about anything and everything that YOU find interesting. I will of course help you with your grammar and pronunciation. I prefer to tutor on a 1-on-1 basis to give my full attention to YOU, as my student.
