About Sonali
I am a parent to two young adults and a HR professional with an experience of 20+ years.
I have set out on a mission to work with parents of teenage children by engaging in 1:1 sessions, that lead to addressing their challenges and shifting their perspectives. This also involves dealing with mid-life crisis.
I believe in the power of taking accountability first before holding others accountable. Hence, my focus is on parents first, followed by their children.

Each session is customized with assessments, problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to define mental blockages and the way forward, with a special focus on self-limiting beliefs.
