I have completed my +2 from panipat haryana. I'm a body builder of weight catagory 60kg. I have professional skills to be a bodybuilding trainer.

My teaching methodology is that I target single muscle at a time and work on muscle anatomy so that the trainee can have full compound and isolate exercises necessary for their goal.
I mostly focus on diet and than on compound exercises and at last isolation to get perfect cuts.
