About Jayavarshini R
Hi, I’m a full-time Software Development Engineer with a deep passion for fitness. A few years ago, I was overweight and struggling with my health, but through consistent training, mindful nutrition, and a disciplined routine, I managed to lose over 20 kilos naturally. This transformation not only changed my body but also my mindset, confidence, and lifestyle. I know how overwhelming it can feel to start a fitness journey, especially if you have a busy schedule or don’t know where to begin. That’s why I want to share my knowledge and experience – to help others achieve the same transformation I did, without crash diets or unsustainable workouts. I’m not just here to guide you through exercises; I want to teach you how to build a healthy, strong, and confident version of yourself – both physically and mentally. My goal is to make fitness simple, enjoyable, and realistic for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to level up their fitness.

My Approach as a Fitness Trainer
Teaching Techniques & Methods
I believe in a practical, result-oriented approach to fitness. I focus on bodyweight exercises, strength training, mobility drills, and sustainable fat-loss techniques that can be done at home or in the gym without complicated equipment. My methods are based on personal experience (losing 20+ kilos) and evidence-backed fitness principles. I also educate my clients about nutrition, consistency, and mindset, because true transformation is not just about workouts but about building long-term habits.
Structure of a Class
Warm-up (10 mins): Mobility and stretching to avoid injuries.
Main Workout (30 mins): Customized exercises (strength, HIIT, or fat-burning circuits).
Cool-down & Recovery (10 mins): Stretching and breathing exercises.
Progress Tracking: I guide you with tips for daily habits, nutrition, and motivation.
