About Ino
When I was preparing for University in the UK, I wanted my best friend to come with me. She failed her IELTS (English exam you have to pass to study in the UK) 5 times. I trained her for over a week, she passed! Yayyy, we came to this country 5000 miles away from home 10 years ago, and not alone!
That was when I first realised, I like teaching people languages and probably am good at it.
The hypothesis has been semi-confirmed by my boyfriend when teaching him Chinese. (Semi only due to my Asian modesty, I'm shy to put "he fully confirmed" in the main body, lowkey)

Specialities of me: I'm very sensitive to tones, and their manners of articulation- for example, when your pronunciation is slightly off and if you are struggling to form a new muscle memory for it, I can figure out why and how to break the loop to form a new muscle memory.
For another example: East European language native speakers' common struggle can be holding the tone without sliding up or down, or differencing sh/s/ch/c/zh/z. This is normally due to their tongues not used to holding a certain position and soften before the airflow runs out.
So in short, I'm good at cause and effect analysis..... in languages. I will tailor the lessons to your needs and preferred challenging level. No matter if you want to get really good at the language itself, or simply to pass an exam, even just want to know a bit about the culture, calligraphy, or simply just wanna make friends from another language, welcome!!!
