About Mario

I am currently a coach at ESFC(Emmerentia Sporting Football Club).
A SAFA(South African Football Association) Level 4 referee for 10 years at RCLFA(Rand Central League Football Association).
In addition I have a personal training certificate with a strong background of sports management.
I have a good eye for genuine talent.
I love helping and empowering my students to be their best.

About the lesson

The methodology of training is designed from a cognitive point of view and it’s need for growth and optimization.In addition,conditional,technical and tactical training is mimicked to the rhythms of a real football match to improve student/s adaptation to surroundings,opponents and of-course the ball.Being an excellent sportsman from a young age encourages discipline,respect,self-control and builds character.

Details

Due to an increase of petrol and diesel prices prices have increased, thank you for understanding, the rates are as follows:R350 session and R50 for transportation. A full payment of the sessions required paid upfront and transport fees paid on the day of the session, all sessions are 45 minutes long with a 15 minute warm up and warm down exercise(depending on age)
