About Kaylia

I have a 7-year background in teaching. However, I've found a new passion in English and ESL/EFL teaching specifically. I believe anyone can learn with the right tools catered to what works best for them. It's the students and teachers that work together in order to make learning successful and fun.

About the lesson

Lessons should be relatable. They should not just be basic worksheets. Learning happens best when using all the senses. A typical lesson plan can start with a warm up that connects to something familiar or basic vocabulary words that are needed for the main activity . Then a main lesson can have the main focus of the lesson. It could be listening to a video and answering questions, examining sentences or making sentences. Whatever is needed. Following, is a closing with a review of what was done or a preview to the net lesson. Lessons are for all ages beginning to intermediate students.
