About Princess

Hi! As a graduate in medicinal chemistry, I am a molecular and research enthusiast. I aim to guide students through chemistry and biology at both Junior Cert and Leaving Cert levels, and help broaden their understanding of topics they may find difficult.

Throughout my academic journey, I have had the opportunity of engaging with young people from underrepresented backgrounds. This taught me that every challenge has a solution. I hope that by teaching biology and chemistry at affordable rates, I can provide educational support to young people advancing to third-level education!

About the lesson

By offering grinds, my goal is to empower students to understand key concepts, enabling them to tackle challenging problems in Junior Cert science and Leaving Cert organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, thermochemistry and titration reactions. My approach focuses on clear explanations, practical examples, and building lasting problem-solving skills that will benefit students long after our lessons.

Approach:
1. Ask students what they hope to get out of the lesson to understand their expectations.
2. Focus on topics/exam questions students may find difficult.
3. Providing analogies for concepts and simplifying concepts to help clarify challenging material. , e.g., organic chemistry functional groups.
