When I started calisthenics I was a lone warrior but I don't want you to be alone in this journey as this requires moral support and I am the guy who will provide you that. I will teach you every skill in a progressive manner like small progressions and the point where issues come. As I had a lot of experience in this I know how to tackle which problem and how to overcome that. These lessons will be for anyone who is interested in learning some cool skills and wants to do something better with his/her body, who doesn't have time to go to the gym lift heavy, it just requires you and a small portion of your room and nothing else
