About Felix
I’m a university student studying Psychology and working as a Teaching Assistant, and I’ve always enjoyed helping people learn. For me, tutoring isn’t just about covering the syllabus — it’s about building confidence, showing students that they can do it, and giving them the tools to succeed on their own. I’ve worked closely with students one-on-one in schools as a TA, I’ve tutored both younger pupils (11+) and older students and also done some football and martial arts coaching as well. These experiences have helped shape my teaching style, as well as show me the value of patience and trust from both teacher and learner I want to teach because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I know how good it feels when something finally clicks. My aim is to bring that same energy to my students — combining professionalism with positivity, so they feel supported and motivated at every step.

I like to keep my lessons clear, engaging, and tailored to the student. I’m a big believer in making things visual — using diagrams, examples, and step-by-step methods to help concepts really click. If one explanation doesn’t land, I’ll happily switch things up and find another way that works best for you. My sessions usually run for 1–2 hours, giving enough time to properly work through topics without it feeling rushed. I’m currently a university student studying Psychology and working as a Teaching Assistant, where I’ve spent the past year supporting students one-on-one as well as in the classroom. I also have experience tutoring 11+ students and bring the same supportive style to every level. I teach maths to all ages (from primary up to GCSE) and psychology at A-level, combining subject knowledge with a relaxed but focused approach. Being young, energetic, and approachable, I aim to be a positive role model as well as a tutor — and I like to bring in examples from sport, games, and everyday life to keep learning engaging and relatable.
