Maths

Teaching and demonstrating that maths isn’t too hard if you really commit to it is something that is very important to me because until I got my first tutor maths was the hardest thing for me.

About Valerie

I am in college and got an A in GCSE maths. Maths used to be my least favourite subject, but then I got a tutor who helped me realise that I could pass if I put my mind to it.

About the lesson

I like to make sure that I am able to describe and teach something in a concept that the student understands so I will ask of their hobbies and try to explain the problem in something that reflects that particular interest.

Recommendations

Recommendations are written by the tutor's friends, family, and acquaintances.

Dawn taught my daughter's how to do some simple moves and I can see how much they enjoy it. They say she is the best teacher ever because she is young.
