About Vinay

I am an architecture student .gym is my passion .I want to teach about nutrition and how can you do weight loss . I am during gym around 2 years so i have 2years experience about nutrition .so weight loss is not any difficult task only you want focus on traning and diet 70 percent on diet and 30 percent on traning.

About the lesson

I teach like friend so the he or she ask questions frequently without any hesitation.
And structure of my class is firstly I want to tell that how he or she start weight loss & and what is the myths about weight loss and how to eat well .
And I will give full day of diet plan and exercise plan .So he / she will easily do weight loss without any problem.
I have not any degree or certification but i have knowledge because i read some books & i do recearches about nutrition what we eat and how eat in weight loss.
