About Shen
I am a recent uni graduate who understands that comprehending and learning large volumes of information is challenging and time consuming. It has not been too long ago since I studied for the Leaving Cert. I have been there and done that and now I wish to make a students life that much easier by creating a comfortable learning environment, that is flexible to the students needs. I hope to use my experience, expertise and passion to provide help in ways I found was lacking in School. I have also tutored in the past with AgeAction and this has helped refine how I design classes and approach teaching.

As a tutor, I set the pace of lessons and style of tutoring to suit the student. If one style does not work, we will try a new one, simple as that. Geography is a content heavy subject, therefore, I enjoy conversation and discussion based learning. I will first highlight all key areas to touch upon. We will then discuss the topic and the student can take down notes throughout. I will ensure that the conversations are leaving cert content focused and will also provide notes that are designed to answer Leaving Cert questions effectively
