About Lu
A native of Shanghai, China, who has lived and worked in the UK for over 25 years. I am a professional Chinese Language teacher with extensive additional Accountancy employment experience. Together with dependable organisation and administration skills, I have vast experience in the origination and delivery of unique high quality Chinese language training programmes. With a passionate commitment to assisting learners to succeed, I have creative attributes and able to establish an engaging and productive rapport with learners of all ages, ability and social sector ranges. Competent in adapting workshops and training sessions to inspire and motivate individuals of different abilities, backgrounds, ages and barriers. Articulate and assured, I am a dynamic communicator with excellent customer service skills, and am honest, discreet and trustworthy.
With my accounting experience, I am analytical, pay attention to detail and accuracy, and
have proven planning, problem-solving and strong organisational skills.

I am a professional Chinese Language teacher.
• Interview and review potential learners experience and qualifications
• Assess individual needs and level of support
• Plan, prepare lesson plans, schemes of work and teaching materials, and develop new courses
• Adapting teaching methods to the learner's age and ability
• Identify underachieving learner’s and provide extra help if necessary
• Set and mark assessments including assignments, tests and any examinations
• Review learners, and monitor progress and attendance
• Carry out administrative tasks, including record keeping, writing progress reports on learner
The work ethic I use is all about creating a relaxed, fun, engaging atmosphere and I am competent in adapting workshops and training sessions to inspire and motivate individuals of different abilities, backgrounds, ages and barriers.
