About RADHA
I have a post graduate degree in biotechnology from Pune University and teaching and teacher trainer degrees from Mumbai University . I have taught Maths and science at school level and also trained and mentored several teachers over the years. I also have an experience of teacher evaluation and institutional quality management. My teaching and mentoring would give not only knowldge and skills to students but also will help them develop knowledge society skills like critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and appropriate use of ICT and in doing so will help them develop a healthy world view and become autonomous learners in the future.

With me students will begin by learning analytical skills and language development needed for such analytical skills development. All sessions will begin with related concepts ,explanations, small assessments for drill and practice - typical of school assessments and then move on to more critical thinking and problem solving with real life applications of the topics taught. Home assignments would include practice for all of this and later move on to use of ICT tools as a long term objective of gaining learning autonomy in the future.
