About Marcy

I am a dancer and somatic educator graduated at University of Bologna at DAMS, graduated at Pilates Corpus Studio in Brussels, in postural gymnastics with Feldenkrais method and in Body-Mind Centering. I have always had a passion for movement and sport, at the same time the care for details and the infinite understanding of the human species from both psychological and physical point of view. I specialized myself in some methods that I consider the best for perceptive-sensory and postural awareness, muscles toning, and psychophysical wellbeing.

About the lesson

My classes are structured by a series of basic traditional exercises of Pilates method aimed at regaining awareness and toning the abdominal corset necessary for the support of internal organs and the spine. To train the concentration and attention of my students I use the Feldenkrais method to relieve tensions, alleviate chronic pain and improve posture.
