About KAVISH
I have an undergraduate Diploma in Computer Engineering followed by a Bachelors Degree in English Literature and topped up with a Masters in Business Administration (Retail Management & Marketing).
Post-MBA, I have served multiple organizations over a period of 12 years in managing their Marketing, Brand, and Retail Management teams.
In the latter part of my 12-year career, I have put my teaching passion into practice by lecturing undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration in Core Management subjects as well as taught English Language and Literature to secondary and higher secondary school students of ICSE and CBSE Boards.
In the journey ahead, I wish to get into professional associations wherein I can continue to teach and lecture students of management as well as school students.

The methodology followed by me while teaching can be enumerated as follows:
1) Start with explaining the name of the topic & its relation to the subject
2) Explain the importance of the topic and its future applications
3) Help the students to recollect all the necessary concepts studied in lower classes to understand the topic at hand
4) Use an alternative regional language along with the main medium of instruction to make it easier for the student to comprehend the topic
5) Use as many illustrations and practice modules for every sub-topic while elaborating on concepts
6) Most importantly, ask periodic questions to students while teaching and encourage them to interact
