About Rebeca

-I have more than 13 years of academic experience as an undergraduate and master level professor in University.

-I taught approximately 40 to 50 students each semester during those years.

-My students results is based on the knowledge they get and can use in their professional and work life.

About the lesson

-Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM; Madre y Maestra Pontifical Catholic University), Santiago, Dominican Republic. I have two Masters, one in Business Administration and the other in Pedagogy, both from the same university.

-I think that teaching is a learning process; learning from the students, colleagues, parents, and the community. This is a lifelong process where teachers always can improve with different strategies and ideas. It’s probably that my educational philosophy has been changed thru the years. But something that I believe is that all students are unique and must have an exciting educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. I try very hard to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential and most of the time I provided them a safe environment where they are invited to share their ideas, make mistakes and take some risks.
