About FLORENCE
A graduate in English Literature from the Institut Catholique de Paris, who also hold a diploma in Technical Writing from the American University in Paris and in Aromatherapy from the American College of Health Sciences (with honors), I have worked for several years teaching English in collèges and lycées in Paris as well as tutoring teenagers and children. I have also worked as an aromatherapist in Cambridge, England and as a bilingual PA in various places. I also write on aromatherapy and short stories (in English) in my spare time.

My classes focus primarily on conversing fluently and understanding. Once we have reached a satisfactory level of fluency, we move on to writing and focus on style and grammar. I teach all of this in English only.
For the TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS and other similar exams, I focus my classes on listening and quick note taking techniques alongside vocabulary improvement, as this is usually the toughest part of these exams.
For the English section of the Sciences Po exam, I focus my classes on general knowledge of current events and writing techniques. If you decide to prepare for this exam, you will have to read a lot and write a lot.
I can also help you with building up a CV and preparing for job interviews in English by focusing on strong aspects of your experience and personality.
