About Sonya
I am 44 years old, a wife, mom of 2 college daughters, and one senior in high school son. I love Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, my Family, and I love to watch children grow and learn. I love music and sing every opportunityI am asked to sing. I have been in Children’s and Youth Ministry for 23 years. I am in college to become an Elementary Teacher. I am currently entering my 3rd year as Assistant Teacher at North Pike Elementary in Summit, MS

I love learning, teaching, and watching my students grow as they learn. My specialty is tutoring Pre-k through 2nd grade to assist with homework, preparation for tests, basic phonics, reading, writing, and math skills for elementary students. I am patient, but expect my students to do their part in learning, as well as, completing their work that is assigned. In return, I will do my very best to do my part in teaching and making the experience as fun as possible through a series of learning techniques used in their area of study.
