I am an active writer myself with eight published books (two scholarly monographs, a prose novel, a historical role-playing game module; and four graphic novels). Beyond my 12.5 years experience teaching literature/history at the university level, I have served as a staff editor for three different publishers. I can tutor high school and university students in BOTH creative writing and academic writing (especially writing that involves scholarly research).

A powerhouse of an editor and teacher. His handle on the English language is masterful. Even with access to AI I still ask Andrea to proof read any copy or submissions I have as his insight is wizened and cannot be replicated. He’s a kind and patient teacher who truly cares about his pupils. I can’t recommend Andrea enough.
Andrea is as passionate to teaching as he is with the subject of English (and surrounding material).
He is the textbook definition of a mentor. He’ll be your champion throughout your studies, and then some.
I fully recommend him as someone who collaborated along side Andrea for several publications over the past few years.Andrea consistently provides clear, honest feedback on writing and language. He maintains an open dialogue with you to make sure that he understands your goals and can help you achieve them. Andrea is also very generous with his time. If he cannot attend to something immediately, he is fully transparent about when he will be able to, and he keeps his commitments. With Andrea’s guidance, I feel that my writing has been able to improve into something that I can be proud of.
I highly recommend Dr. Andrea Molinari. He is a great professional with vast experience. His patience and precision in his explanations made me learned so much from him.
Andrea has helped mentor me for years. He has given me great advice and helped me improve my writing.
Andrea is an excellent editor and English professor who helped me edit my published graphic novel as well as my own short fiction. He is thorough, personable, and genuinely wants his clients to succeed. It is very important for writers and students alike to get a second opinion and have an advocate who pushes them to produce their best work, and so I’ve found Andrea’s counsel to be invaluable.
I've worked with Andy for more than twenty years in various capacities. He's an incredible coach, mentor and teacher. He has great capacity for empathy and understanding. And he's incredibly smart.
As a professional writer with an English minor Andrea has worked with me for years as my editor and is not only constantly providing excellent counsel on what I am creating alongside standout copy editing, even at 43 years of age I continue to learn from him. He’s patient, knowledgeable, kind, and talented, both as a writer and mentor. You can’t go wrong with him as an English tutor.
