About Taya
Taya has been physically active her whole life and understands the importance to have a good relationship with your body. Her passion for Pilates is evident through her drive to help others find their joy for keeping active, building strength and confidence when exercising.
Taya currently shares her fitness expertise across gyms, Pilates studios and community centres throughout Melbourne.
Taya specialises in Pilates mat, holding an internationally recognised certificate in mat Pilates.
Taya holds a working with children check, police check and up-to-date First Aid/CPR training.

Online 1:1 coaching (30-45min sessions)
