About Laura

My name is Laura Núñez, and I am a therapist in tantra and conscious sexuality. I have been training with yoga, tantra and somatic sexuality teachers for more than two years, and this has led me to discover how it is possible to heal myself and transform my life using sexual energy and pleasure as a way. From my experience I have been able to see the transformation of hundreds of people who seek to free themselves from blockages, fears and shames that limit the ability to live fully. Today I make talks, workshops and private sessions for individuals and couples, teaching them to connect with their vital energy, their pleasure and their sexuality through different body techniques, so that they not only improve their intimate and couple life, but to use this energy for your well-being in general.

About the lesson

- Interactive talks or talks aimed at groups of people where we talk openly about sexuality and teach them techniques to expand female and male sexuality. - Practical workshops to learn the keys of tantra, and techniques to live a conscious sexuality. - Individual sessions or in pairs to connect with sexual energy, pleasure, self-love, and learn techniques to prolong and expand the sensations of pleasure and freedom from traumas, fears and blockages that prevent living a full sexuality.
