About Wagner
I am Wagner, born Deaf from Dominican Republic. I have always enjoyed helping others learn sign language to bridge the gap that exist between the hearing and deaf. I am certified in teaching sign language and began in 2005. In 2017, I began as a mentor to students enrolled in the interpreter program at the community college.
