About Julia
Former swim athlete myself, competing in both national and international competitions. As a swimmer my expertise was freestyle and sprints, specialising in the 50s and 100s. I have also completed my Instructor 1 and 2 course in addition to coach 1 and 2. Lastly, I have improved many athletes' techniques both beginners and advanced. I can promise a comfortable environment where we work together to reach your goals

Can assist both kids and adults ranging in all levels from complete beginners to advanced swimmers. Whether you want to become more comfortable in the water or work on your drills and techniques. Offering 45, 60 or 90 minutes. 90 Minutes are for the more advanced where we are able to go through a programme in addition.
