  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    When I was in college, I weighed about 49 kg at 6 ft tall—very underweight and under-confident
    because people teased me. Then COVID hit, I moved back to my hometown, and I used that time to
    grow. I started doing regular, really hard workouts with friends who guided me. Because one friend
    owned a gym and saw my dedication, he needed a workout partner, so we totally immersed
    ourselves in the process—diet, sleep, and training. Then I made a remarkable transformation.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    Because the person I was is totally taken for granted—people
    don’t respect you—but when you have a good physique, people
    respect you automatically. I feel that after my transformation. I
    don’t like that people suffer because they’re underweight or fat,
    and that’s why I want to help people like me.”
  • How does your work help society?

    If I do this kind of work, it can create a healthy body, which leads to a
    healthy mind and confidence. That can develop into a strong, energetic
    personality—and that energy is used for society, for outcomes and stability.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    I don't have role model honestly...I had a teacher when I was 49 kg—
    my reflection in the mirror. That reflection pushed me to upgrade my life
    and showed me what I was going through at the time. When I made a
    remarkable transformation, I got the gift of immeasurable confidence
    within me.

  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    I have a lot of fondness for music
    I am good at cricket when I was in college; I was in the college
    team, and after that I still made time to play cricket on Sundays.
    I’m also a good dancer.”
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Okay, after that transformation people noticed me, gave me
    random compliments, and everyone praised me. Then I totally
    relaxed—I thought I had done my job. But after a few years, I
    rarely worked out, and after 4 years I was around 92 kg.
