കുട്ടികൾക്ക് നേർവഴി കാട്ടികൊടുക്കുന്നവൾ ആയിരിക്കും ടീച്ചർ. അവരുടെ കൂട്ടുകാരി ആണ് ടീച്ചർ. കുട്ടിക്കൾ തെറ്റ് ഏത്എന്നും ശരി ഏതെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കുന്നവൾ. കുട്ടിക്കൾ ഒരുപാട് കഴിവുകൾ ഉണ്ട്. അത് അറിഞ്ഞു അവരെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. അവരുടെ കനൗളേജ് വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. Colouring, drowing,sports etc എന്നി കഴിവുകൾ ഉള്ള കുട്ടികളെ തെരഞ്ഞു എടുത്തു അനുയോജ്യമായ മത്സരത്തിൽകണ്ടെത്തി അതിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നു

കുട്ടികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ട്ടമാണ്.പ്രതേകിച്ചു ചെറിയ കുട്ടികളെ. അത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ teaching എടുത്തത്. മാതാ പിതാ ഗുരു ദൈവം എന്നാണലോ. അധ്യാപിക എന്നത് ഗുരുവാണ്.ഒരു കുട്ടിയുടെ ആദ്യത്തെ ഫ്രണ്ട്സ് ആവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാക്കൾആണ്. ഒരു പ്രായം വരെ3,3അര വയസ്സ് വരെ അവർ അവരുടെ ഒപ്പമായിരിക്കും. അത്കഴിഞ്ഞു അഗൻവാടിയിൽ. അവിടെ നിന്ന്സ്കൂളിൽആണ് അതുവരെ അവർ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ oഒപ്പമായിരിക്കും.അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു സ്കൂളിലേക്ക്. അവിടുന്ന്ഓരോ പുതിയ കാര്യങ്ങൾ അവർക്ക് മനസിലാവുന്നു. അവിടെ അവരുടെ കൂട്ടുകാരി ആണ് ടീച്ചർ.
