About Emily
I am currently studying BSc Medical Innovation and Enterprise at UCL and have a strong passion for Biology. I enjoy helping students build confidence and understanding, and I believe there is never a bad question to ask. I was awarded Best Presentation in the Homerton Cambridge Biology Challenge, and I aim to create a supportive and friendly learning environment.

My lessons are clear, structured and tailored to each student’s needs. As a visual learner I like to use pictures and diagrams to break down complex topics and use exam-style questions to check understanding and improve exam technique. This is what helped me achieve grade 9 in GCSE Biology. Lessons typically last 60 minutes.

My daughter had a really great experience with Emily. She explained difficult topics clearly and always made sure she understood before moving on. The lessons were well organised and tailored to her weaknesses, which really helped build confidence.
I would highly recommend Emily to anyone studying GCSE Biology.Emily is a great teacher, who puts in alto of effort into sessions provides great resources that are specific to the spec. She has helped me achieve an 8 in GCSE biology would definitely recommend.
