About Arial
Throughout my teaching experience, I met many children with ADHD or autism. I learned that the most important thing when supporting children who need special education is patience and individualized communication. A student-centered approach can fully develop and mobilize students' learning initiatives, focusing on cultivating lifelong-learning skills and the practical ability to solve problems independently. Moreover, this approach encourages students to move from passive learning to active exploration, to enhance learning enthusiasm and independence, and to achieve personal and comprehensive development. Some quality people describe me as organized, detail-oriented, and agreeable.

I always believed that the best way to teach the students is to follow the principle of IEP (Individualized Education Program) instructional education plans of each student, making sure their personal needs and supports are being incorporated in my instruction. I will also provide a variety of different learning options for different students where it’s student-centered and student-led. I will also give students an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge acquisition and their comprehension of material. Through my experiences, I found that my strengths are clerical work, communication, and management. I love interacting with different people and have the patience to listen to them. Many people approach me to help them as they believe I can.
