About Josephine
I’m currently studying for my undergraduate degree in classical flute performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I began learning at a young age and was fortunate enough to have amazing teachers all the way through. I teach both practical music and theory at many levels, having done both GCSE and A-Level music, alongside the ABRSM grades for flute.
I want to teach to help someone else explore the world of music in whatever way they feel fits, having taught huge age ranges, from 5 to 65. My ethos is that anyone is welcome to give it a go and it’s never too late to give it a go!
I also tutor GCSE and A-Level music, so if you just need a little more support with what you’re learning in school/college you’re very welcome here!

As a music tutor, my aim for lessons is to make them fun and interactive whilst learning and developing in many ways. I will always tailor the lessons to what you (or your family member, friend etc.) wants to learn and aim for, such as exams or just learning for fun.
I have taught people from complete beginner to post-Grade 8, online and in-person so I’m sure whatever you want from these lessons we can work out together!
Having music really changed how I saw the world and gave me motivation ever since I began, and my desire is to share this with you and join you on your musical journey, wherever that leads you.
