About Mia
I am a student at the University of Glasgow currently studying second year Business and Politics. I have lived in Spain most of my life and I am British and Spanish, so I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I have been giving lessons for a year and have taught four students, and two of those were working towards obtaining a Cambridge exam and the International Baccalaureate exam.

My teaching method is very adaptable to what my student is looking for. Usually I focus on practical and useful day to day lessons, like speaking and pronunciation. However, I have also tutored students focused on obtaining Cambridge and IB exams, where I focused especially on practicing past papers and learning how to do specific exercises which the students would be tested on. Now that most classes have to be online, I try to make them as dynamic as possible by incorporating a lot of speaking into them, and I have had practice doing this with my flatmate who is currently learning Spanish.
